I made a batch of polent...That's a great idea. I made a batch of polenta over this past weekend and poured it into a regular baking pan to set. Didn't go so well, but when I put a couple of the slices into a microwaveable bowl to reheat, it turned to mash - and once cooled (due to my distraction), it had molded to the bowl!<br />How do the molds work in terms of making the polenta hold its shape once you turn them *out* of the mold?
