Skagit River Ranch ground beef burgers (a little trick: mix in one egg to firm up the burger), cheddar cheese, grilled Walla Walla sweet onion and caper relish. And Kinnikinnick Foods Gluten-Free hamburger buns.
I would like to know as well- the last time I tried them they were too spongey. I am on the lookout for a GF bun that isn't too sweet to review on my website.
I have had good comments on the Schar Sandwich buns that I carry in my store. Would love to hear if you find them better. I represent both of these companies. Thanks for the post.
I have never seen the Schar where I live but I love the Kinnikinnick ones compare to any other buns I've tried! I do (if they are reading) find their hot dog buns to be HUGE! A little overpowering.
Shauna,
ReplyDeleteI've heard the reformatted their recipe. Did you notice a difference? We couldn't really bear the old ones so something new would be welcome...

ReplyDeleteHave you tried The Grainless Bakers hamburger or hotdog buns. they are the best we have found.
ReplyDeleteAre these buns just gluten free? What about dairy and nut free?
